- Wash hair thoroughly with the Cleansing Shampoo ( w/ Propylene Glycol ). Rinse well and towel dry.
- In a Large Sized Bowl, mix Warm Water and Baking Soda until it reaches a gravy-like consistency. Massage into hair for 5 to 7 minutes, then rinse off and towel dry.
- Spray Clean & Clear Astringent over your entire head, ensuring complete saturation. Massage for 5 to 7 minutes. Wipe away any drips and let it sit for 30 minutes. Use Petroleum Jelly (Vaseline) around your forehead and ears to prevent a rash.
- After 30 minutes, take a small dab of Liquid Tide and scrub the hair follicle for 3 to 7 minutes. Rinse off well.
- Apply the Cleansing Shampoo ( w/ Propylene Glycol ) and rinse off.
- Spray Vinegar on your entire head, saturating the hair. Massage thoroughly and pat dry. Wipe forehead and ears if needed.
- Spray Clean & Clear Astringent over your entire head, ensuring saturation. Massage thoroughly, avoiding contact with eyes and ears. Wipe away any drips and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, take a small dab of Liquid Tide and scrub the hair follicle for 3 to 7 minutes. Rinse off well.
- Do a final wash with Detox Shampoo of choice to eliminate any lingering smells of vinegar or laundry
- Lastly, on the day of your Hair Folllicle Testing, Use the Zydot Ultra Clean, as directed on the packaging.
